About the project
Conversion of an existing boiler house to accommodate a new 30 MW biomass energy centre and support structures for the process equipment around the building: - Chip storage - Ash loading hall - Conveyor belts - Fan and chimney foundation
The construction of the boiler took nearly eight months, with over 80 truckloads of equipment arriving at the site.
Approximately 1 000 m3 of concrete and 18 tonnes of structural steel were installed.
